Scope and Contents
This hydrology instructional film discusses the Los Angeles Aqueduct, including the Owens Valley Region, which provides much of the water to the Los Angeles region. Students in the Earth Science department at CSUF went onsite at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to perform a hydrological field study. The narrator introduces various formulas and instruments used for the quantification of hydrological components.
