Scope and Contents
In Program #1, "You Can Make a Difference," Dr. Lee Bentley and Dr. Roger Nanes, Physics professor, discuss modern physics and the teaching of physics. In Program #2, "You Can Make a Difference," Dr. Lee Bentley and Dr. Judith Ramirez, Chair of the Child Development Department, discuss the progression of the Child Development Department, the career opportunities that the discipline offers, and the need to devote more resources to children and families. In Program #3, "Profiles of Contemporary Women," Barbara McDowell interviews Dr. Marti Monroe, Marriage-Family counselor and Lecturer in the CSUF Counseling program. They discuss an addiction to busy-ness, problems of time-management, and other mid-life issues that women face. In Program #4, "Profiles of Contemporary Women," Barbara McDowell interviews Dr. Nancy Segal, professor of Psychology at CSUF. They discuss Dr. Segal's research on twins.
