Raw footage of Rosa Santoyo presenting Module 1 of the Even Start Program, discussing common behaviors, their reasons, and the way in which parents learn to be parents, including the ways in which parents give attention (positive or negative), the limits they set, and the strategies they must employ with different kinds of personalities in children. The Even Start Program is a government-subsidized program first conceived at the federal level in 1988 and passed to state control in 1992, created to help pre-K children prepare for elementary school at all social strata.
