Press and Fine Press Printing Books Collection
Scope and Contents Note
This collection represents fine press printing in the United States in the 20th and 21st centuries. It has a particular focus or strength for California presses including the Grabhorn Press, the Grabhorn-Hoyim Press, both of San Francisco and the Fine Arts Press of Santa Ana. The Dr. William B. Langsdorf Anniversary Collection of the Grabhorn Press was purchased in 1969 by the Patrons of the Library Support Group in honor of Dr. William B. Langsdorf's tenth anniversary as the founding president of the university.
